Enable Software Pty Ltd and Aducate Systems Pty Ltd publish and distribute a range of software applications and provide training and technical support to software end-users. We are required to comply with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988. The privacy and security of the personal information that we hold about you is very important to us. Collection and Storage of Personal Information

We most commonly collect information from our customers when you purchase any of our software products through any of our authorised resellers, or when you use one of our product demonstrations. The information collected usually comprises name, address, telephone and email contact details, as well as details of the product you use, and your order ID number. Should you contact us requiring technical or other assistance, we store information relating to your problem and our suggested solutions. This allows us to better provide further assistance should you require it.

Your information is stored by us and our authorised resellers in electronic customer management and database systems which are accessed by authorised users only. These contain security features to ensure the protection and integrity of the data that is held within them.

How We Use Personal Information

We most commonly use personal information to communicate with you about the product you have purchased. These communications could relate to software upgrades, feature variations or enhancements, any particular issues or problems that have been detected within the software and corrective measures that may be taken, and informing you of other products that may be of interest to you. Information is also used to identify software end-users who are legally permitted to use our applications, and therefore assists us in enforcing our copyright and intellectual property rights.


Enable Software Pty Ltd, Aducate Systems Pty Ltd, and our authorised resellers will not disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent unless required to by law.
